Email support@cardops.app and we'll reply within two business days. The fastest route is the in-app form at Settings → Feedback: it attaches anonymous diagnostics so we can see exactly what went wrong. Before you write, the sections below solve most questions on their own.
Your data & iCloud sync
Your inventory lives on your device and, with iCloud on, syncs through your private iCloud (Apple's CloudKit), never our servers. Everything works offline and syncs when you're back online.
New device? Sign in with the same Apple account, turn on iCloud for CardOps in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud, and your cards, sales, and shows come back on their own. If they don't appear, confirm you're on the same Apple account and that iCloud Drive is enabled, then give the first sync a minute on Wi-Fi.
Card scanning
The scanner runs entirely on your device and matches against a catalog of 20,000+ Pokémon cards. If the camera is black, grant access in iOS Settings → CardOps → Camera. For a clean read, lay the card flat in even light and fill the frame. Wrong match? Tap the result to search the catalog by name and set and correct it.
Subscriptions & billing
CardOps is free to download and try; a Pro subscription unlocks the full toolkit. All billing is handled by Apple, so we never see your card details.
- Missing a purchase (new device, reinstall)? Use Restore Purchases in the app's paywall or settings.
- Cancel or manage anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are issued by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- A creator code never changes what you pay; it only credits the creator who referred you.
Redeem an offer code
Got a code from us? Open Settings → Redeem a Code in the app and Apple's redeem sheet takes it from there. If that sheet stalls or won't open, it is not your code — tap Redeem in the App Store right below it. That runs the same redemption through Apple's own app, and Pro unlocks as soon as you come back to CardOps.
- It starts a real subscription. A free month runs on the monthly plan and then renews at $6.99 a month unless you cancel first. Cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and you still keep the free month. US pricing. Apple sets the price in your own store and currency — check the listing for yours.
- Monthly only. A code cannot be applied to Lifetime — that is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — and there is no code offer on the yearly plan.
- One per Apple ID, and only if you have not subscribed before or your subscription has lapsed. If you are subscribed right now, Apple will refuse the code.
- An offer code is not a creator code. A creator code never changes what you pay and only credits whoever referred you; an offer code is the free month itself.
Import & export your data
CSV import is free — bring an existing spreadsheet or a vendor export straight in, no subscription needed. CSV export, taking everything back out, is a Pro feature. Either way your data lives on your device and in your own private iCloud, so it's always yours.
Delete your data
Deleting the app and its iCloud data removes your inventory entirely; it never touched our servers. The only records we hold are optional server-side ones: price-alert registrations and creator-code attribution. To have those deleted, email support@cardops.app and include the creator code you used, if any.

Send Settings → Feedback from inside the app, or email support@cardops.app. Please include your device model, iOS version, and the app version (shown at the bottom of Settings) so we can reproduce it.
